This is a Multifunctional Software for Control of Hiden Mass Spectrometers for Precision Analysis in Research and Production Applications.
MASsoft provides full user defined control of individual local scan environments, the Electron Ionisation source, as well as real-time acquisition and management of analogue signals, in both single RGA and multiple RGA head options for real-time diagnostics and process control of multiple chambers through the I/O channels on the MS interface unit. MASsoft data is fully compatible with the NIST MS database for identification of unknown compounds.
